| Reverend Cheryl Kimble 
  Reverend Cheryl Kimble came to Highland Park Baptist in 2000 as Associate Minister.
With enthusiasm and creativity, she brought a new focus to our children's ministry. Her role has since expanded to Associate Minister, with emphasis on Children, Youth, and Family Live.
In addition to mentoring our young people, she also plans youth and children’s mission trips and camps, the family ski trip, Vacation Bible School, Superstars drama camp, chapel services for HPBC Day School and other events and activities.
Cheryl has also served during interim times as our lead minister. In this role, God has made evident His many gifts to her. She preaches on Sundays, visits members in the hospital, conducts graduation ceremonies and funerals, and proactively seeks to build up our community of Christ’s disciples.
Prior to Highland Park Baptist, Cheryl served First Baptist Church, Oklahoma City, as Minister to Preschool, Children & Families, and as Music Associate. She also taught elementary school for 13 years in Oklahoma City before God called her into the ministry.
